Boiler Tower
Chemicals

we provide a complete range of products suitable for every type of boiler from low-pressure steam generators to high-pressure water tube systems, including:

  • Volatile and nonvolatile oxygen scavengers
  • Phosphate residual programs
  • All polymer programs
  • Alkalinity builders
  • Defoamers
  • Sludge conditioners
  • Condensate treatments
  • A comprehensive range of filming, neutralizing and combined amines for condensate treatment and pH correction boilers of a high evaporative rate and heat flux.

Cooling Tower
Chemicals

A comprehensive range of pre-commission cleaning, flushing, and passivating agents Inhibitors to control scale corrosion and fouling.

A wide range of oxidizing and non-oxidizing biocides, dispersants, and microbiological control systems can protect the wet and warm surfaces which normally attract microorganisms. If uncontrolled, the resulting biofilms can result in microbiologically influenced corrosion and system efficiency issues. Computer simulation programs optimize the system with respect to saturation indices, retention times, half-life, cycles of concentration, and choice of treatment. Selection of water treatment programs is made on technical and cost merits, which in turn requires specialist knowledge of our sales engineers and technical center.

Waste Water Treatment Plant & Chemicals

Wastewater treatment is the process of removing contaminants and pollutants from wastewater so that it can be safely discharged into the environment or reused. The primary goal of wastewater treatment is to protect public health and the environment by reducing the amount of harmful pollutants that are released into waterways and other bodies of water.

There are several different methods for treating wastewater, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes. The specific treatment methods used depend on the type and concentration of pollutants in the wastewater. Physical treatment methods involve the physical separation of solids and liquids through processes such as sedimentation, flotation, and filtration. Chemical treatment methods involve the use of chemicals to remove pollutants from the wastewater through processes such as coagulation, flocculation, and disinfection. Biological treatment methods use microorganisms to break down organic pollutants in the wastewater through processes such as activated sludge treatment, trickling filters, and lagoons. After the wastewater has been treated, it can be discharged into the environment or reused for irrigation, industrial processes, or other non-potable uses. The quality of the treated wastewater must meet certain standards set by regulatory agencies to ensure that it is safe for its intended use and does not harm the environment. Our Wastewater Treatment plants cater to a wide spectrum of applications requiring Aerobic, Anaerobic, Oil Water Separation, Physiochemical dissolved air floatation, and disinfection processes.

RO Plant Treatment

RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants require various chemicals for proper operation and maintenance. Some of the common chemicals used in RO plants include:

  1. Antiscalants: These are used to prevent the formation of scale and mineral deposits on the membrane surface, which can reduce the efficiency of the RO system. Examples of antiscalants include polyphosphates, phosphonates, and carboxylates.
  2. Biocides: These are used to control the growth of bacteria, algae, and other microorganisms that can cause fouling and blockage of the RO membranes. Common biocides used in RO plants include chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, and quaternary ammonium compounds.
  3. pH adjusters: RO membranes are sensitive to pH changes, so pH adjusters such as sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid are used to maintain the pH within the recommended range.
  4. Cleaning agents: Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the efficiency of the RO membranes. Cleaning agents such as citric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and sodium hydroxide are used to remove fouling and scale buildup.
  5. Disinfectants: Disinfectants such as chlorine or ozone are used to sterilize the RO system and prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and viruses.
